Garland Foundation Repair Co. runs this website. We're a referral service. We connect homeowners in Garland, Texas and nearby cities with a local foundation repair pro. This page explains what we collect when you use the site or call us, and what happens to it.

The short form asks for your name, your phone number, your city or ZIP code and what you're seeing. The form on the estimate page also asks how long it's been going on. It asks for your email too, but that's optional. It also asks you to agree to be contacted about your inquiry.

The form also sends a few details you don't type:

• The page you sent it from, and the city that page covers
• Any campaign tags on the link that brought you, such as the name of an ad
• How long you took to fill in the form, which helps us spot spam sent by bots

1. Your browser sends the form to this website, which Cloudflare hosts.
2. The website checks the form and turns it into one email. It doesn't save the form anywhere. There's no database behind this site.
3. Resend, our email delivery service, sends that email to our inbox.
4. We pass your request to the local foundation repair pro who serves your area. That pro contacts you about the free inspection you asked for.

Our phone number runs through Twilio, a phone service provider. When you call, Twilio handles your phone number, the time of the call and how long it lasts, so it can connect you with us. We don't record the calls we answer.

If we miss your call, you can leave a voicemail. Twilio records it. Cloudflare's speech-to-text service turns it into text, and Resend emails the recording and the text to us. We then delete the recording from Twilio, so the only copy is in our email inbox. If you'd rather not leave a recording, you can send the form instead.

When you ask for an inspection by phone, we pass your name, number and what you told us to the local pro who serves your area.

Our number doesn't send or receive text messages right now. If that changes, we'll update this page before it does.

• The local pro who serves your area. They run their own business. Once they have your request, their own privacy practices apply to it.
• The services that run this site and our messages. That means Cloudflare for hosting and for turning voicemails into text, Resend for email delivery and Twilio for calls. It also means the company that runs our email inbox. Each one handles your details to provide its service to us, under its own privacy terms.
• Anyone the law requires us to tell, such as a court under a valid order.

No. We don't sell or rent your information to marketers, data brokers or anyone else. The local pro we pass your request to may pay us for the referral, as our referral marketing disclosure explains. We pass your request to that pro so they can help with the inspection you asked for.

This site doesn't use cookies for tracking or advertising. It doesn't run analytics or advertising scripts, and it has no social media plugins or tracking pixels.

Every website visit involves some technical data, such as your IP address and the type of browser you use. Cloudflare uses it to deliver the pages and to protect the site from attacks. It may set a cookie for that security work. We don't use that data to identify you.

The website itself doesn't store your form. Your request or voicemail stays in our email inbox, and with the pro who handles it, for as long as it's needed to arrange your inspection and keep basic business records. Resend and Twilio keep their own delivery records under their own policies.

You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll reply within 45 days. We may need to confirm the request is really from you first, for example by calling the number you gave us.

If we've already passed your request to a pro, we'll tell you who, so you can ask them as well.

This site is for homeowners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

This site sends everything over an encrypted connection, and it doesn't store your form. No website is perfectly secure, though. Please don't put financial details or account numbers in the form.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
