Garland Foundation Repair Co. runs this website. We connect homeowners in Garland, Texas and nearby cities with a local foundation repair pro. We're a lead generation and referral service. We don't do foundation repair work ourselves.

When you use this site, ask for an inspection, or send the contact form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Please use this site only for lawful reasons tied to a real question about foundation repair. Don't send false contact details. Don't send forms by bot or script, and don't send content that has nothing to do with foundation repair.

When this site offers a free inspection, the offer covers the first visit only. It doesn't require you to buy any repair. It doesn't bind the pro who does the inspection to any set price. Any repair work is a separate agreement between you and the pro who does it.
